Fortec Facadier

Facade scaffolding is available in steel or aluminium/steel.

Available Widths:  650, 800, and 1000 mm

Available Lengths:  from 1000 to 3000 mm

Fortec Facadier scaffolds are made of Ø 48,3 mm aluminium or galvanised steel tubing, with arch frames and half frames measuring 650, 800, or 1000 mm in width.  Rosettes welded on every 500 mm allow you to install guardrails, ledgers, platforms, and toeboards.

This multi-purpose, perfectly symmetrical scaffolding system can be adapted to any type of work site.  The self-blocking mechanism of the ledgers is engaged as soon as ledgers are installed, preventing them from coming loose and therefore allowing you to erect your scaffolding quickly.

A number of accessories, such as aluminium/plywood platforms, monobloc aluminium stairways, and adjustable base plates, make Fortec a line of all-around robust scaffolding systems.    

Technical Description:

1. Steel standards and arch frames are made of Ø 48,3 mm tubing (thickness:  2,9 mm)
   
2. Aluminium standards and arch frames are made of Ø 48,6 mm tubing (thickness:  4 mm)
   
3. Load per post:  3000 daN (steel) and 2100 daN (aluminium)
4. Guardrails made of Ø 26,9 mm steel tubing    
   

Classification of Scaffolding According to NF HD 1000

1. FORTALU 650, length 3,00 m: 200kg/m2 = class 3
2. FORTALU 650, length 2,50 m: 300 kg/m2 = class 4
